"A combat android? What is this? Who sent it?"

Iris’s synthetic pupils dilated. It was a microscopic shift, but Nora caught it.

"But what is it?" Nora pressed.

Nora’s fingers slipped from her mug. "...What are you talking about?"

Why do I exist?
